Veritas Academy uses an admissions procedure that resembles the application process used in many other private schools and colleges. This procedure allows the school to identify and admit students from families who have clearly expressed convictions that are similar to Veritas Academy’s regarding the education of children.

January 1st: New applicants may apply to the school.

1. Complete the Application for Admissions as soon as possible after January 1st and submit with a $50 application fee per student.  The application fee covers the cost for processing the application and the placement test. Application forms are accepted as complete if they have been signed by (both if applicable) parents and the application fee is received.
2. Schedule parent interview and placement test.  The parent interview is an opportunity to learn more about Veritas' vision, aims and policies.  It is also an opportunity for parents to have their questions answered.  The aim of the placement test is to determine the most appropriate entry-grade for the student that gives them the best chance for success. 
3. Applicants will receive notification of the outcome of application within thirty days of the parent interview and placement testing.  There are four outcomes: denial, on hold, acceptance with provision, acceptance without provision.
4. If needed, accepted applicants may fill out a financial aid application beginning March 1st.  (See Open Enrollment below).

February 1st: Re-enrollment

1. Current families may re enroll by logging into RenWeb beginning February 1st and submit a$250 registration fee per student.  (See Tuition page for explanation of registration fee.)  Registration fee is $350 April 1st and thereafter.    
2. If needed, fill out Financial Aid application.

March 1st: Open enrollment

1. All accepted families may complete the Registration form and submit with a $250 registration fee per student.  (See Tuition page for explanation of registration fee.) New families on hold will be notified if they have been accepted by March 1st.
2. If needed, fill out Financial Aid application.

April 1st: First round of financial aid awarded

• Financial aid awarded to only re-enrolled families.
• Note: Registration fee increases to $350.

April 15th: Second round of financial aid awarded

• Financial aid awarded to re-enrolled and new families.

April 30th:  Third round of financial aid awarded

• Financial aid awarded to re-enrolled and new families as needed.
