
Bruce Gingrich joined our Board in 2002. Bruce graduated from Garden Spot High School and from Millersville University with a B.S. in Education. He is a custom builder and re modeler with Glenn Gingrich, Inc. Bruce has an eclectic mix of hobbies, including gourmet cooking, camping, bicycling (he completed his first 100-mile ride in the summer of 2003), and photography. Bruce and his wife, Migdalia, are the parents of Maritza and Kathryn. The Gingrichs are members of Covenant Reformed Church in New Holland.

Scott Forbes was elected to serve on the Veritas Academy Board of Governors on July 1, 2001. He is now a permanent Board Member at the school. Scott graduated from Towson University with a B.S. in Human Resource Administration and obtained a M.B.A. from the University of Pittsburg. He has accumulated 20 semester hours toward his Masters of Divinity at Westminster Theological Seminary (not currently enrolled). Scott served our country as a United States Naval Officer on a nuclear attack submarine (Los Angeles Class). Scott is employed as a General Manager of Forum Products, Inc., which is a subsidiary of Forum Holdings LTD (UK), a company specializing in active pharmaceutical ingredients. Scott and his wife, Rhonda, are the parents of four children, who are all students at Veritas. The Forbes are members at Westminster Presbyterian Church where Rhonda and Scott teach Sunday School and lead a home fellowship group.

Greg Nissley joined the Board in November of 2003. Greg graduated from LeTourneau University in 1986 with a B.S. in Computer Science. He is employed as the Director of Engineering at Cornerstone Software. Greg and his wife, Deb, are the parents of five children: Evan, Connor, Amber, Garrett, and Owen. The Nissleys are members at All Saints' Presbyterian Church.

Gregg Strawbridge was elected as a Board member in 2007. Gregg serves as the Pastor of All Saints' Presbyterian Church in Lancaster. Gregg has a BME from the University of Southern Mississippi and an M.A. from Columbia Biblical Seminary and a PhD from University of Southern Mississippi. He and his wife, Sharon, live in Brownstown with their three daughters.

Tim Bender serves as an advisor to the Board and is a member of the Finance Committee. He has over 20 years of experience in banking and is currently Vice President of Commercial Lending for Stonebridge Bank in West Chester. He is the Treasurer and Board member for SACA Development Corporation in Lancaster. He is also the Treasurer for the New Holland Borough Authority. Tim is a member of Covenant Reformed Church where he serves as a deacon. He and his lovely wife, Wilma, live in New Holland and have 3 sons. Tim enjoys spending time with family, traveling, golfing and serving his community.

Paul Thompson joined the Board as a parent advisor in January of 2007. Paul graduated form Bloomsburg University in 1985 with a B.A. in communications. He has been employed at the Chester County Intermediate Unit for 23 years, where he is the Director of Operations. Paul and his wife, Lora, are the parents of five children: Taylor, Evan, Bailey, Eli, and Ciana. The Thompsons are members of All Saints' Presbyterian Church.

Kim Melton joined the Board as a parent advisor in 2004. Kim holds a Masters of Accountancy from Va Tech and he is employed in the Finance Department of a major internet retailer. The Meltons live in the Lititz area and are parents of three children, two of which graduated from Veritas. They attend Westminster Presbyterian Church in Lancaster.

State Representative Gordon Denlinger joined the Board as an advisor in 2008. Since 2004 he has represented Pennsylvania's 99th Legislative District. Denlinger is a 1985 graduate of Bob Jones University in Greenville, S.C., where he earned a B.S. degree in Accounting. He is a member of both the American Institute of CPAs and the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs. Denlinger and his family are members of Covenant Reformed Church in New Holland, where he has served as an Elder. He and his wife, Carolyn, reside in Narvon with their four children: Evan (20), A. Preston (18), Blake (16), and Mariah (10).
